To avoid a cancellation fee we require 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointments. Cancellations or changes within this time will be charged 100% of services booked.

Should you be running a few minutes behind, please feel free to call or text us so we can best assist you. Arrivals 15 minutes or later may result in a modified service in order to respect the schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining time, with the full service fee applying to the reserved appointment.

For all color services, the same standard amount of color or lightener is mixed for every client. If additional product is needed to achieve your desired result, an extra charge will apply per bowl. This ensures product costs are covered fairly, as every client’s hair and goals are unique.
