What color service should I choose?
If you're unsure which service is right for you, we recommend scheduling an in-person consultation before booking an appointment. Not local or unable to visit the salon? No problem—give us a call, and a member of our team will be happy to guide you in selecting the service that best fits your needs.

What is a single process hair color?
A single-process color is a root touch-up service typically used to cover grey regrowth. It involves applying one color from root to regrowth area only. Please note: this is not the correct option if you’re looking to refresh or retouch highlights at the root.
-
What is the best way to maintain my hair color?
Color maintenance varies depending on the type of service you receive, but overall tone can be preserved with regular gloss appointments every 6–10 weeks—timing may vary based on how often you shampoo at home. To keep your color vibrant, we strongly recommend using a professional, sulfate-free shampoo. Our favorites include R+Co and Innersense Organic Beauty.
-
Should my hair be clean or dirty for my hair color appointment?
To ensure the best possible results, please arrive with clean, dry hair styled as you typically wear it. Excess product buildup, root-covering sprays, powders, or heavy oils can interfere with processing time and affect your final color outcome.
Guests scheduled for single-process root touch-ups should arrive without any root-concealing products, as full grey coverage cannot be guaranteed if they are present.
For curly haircuts, we ask that hair be worn naturally — clean, dry, and detangled — so we can properly assess curl pattern, shape, and movement.
Thank you for helping us create the best experience and results during your visit.

This is my first time visiting the salon—anything I should know?
Welcome! We’re excited to have you. To make the most of your first visit, we highly recommend bringing a few inspiration photos. These visuals help guide the consultation process and ensure you and your stylist are aligned on your goals before beginning any service.
Additionally, arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, complete any necessary forms, and discuss your hair history with your stylist. The more information you share—such as previous color services, products you use at home, and your daily styling routine—the better we can tailor your experience. Our goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative appointment that leaves you feeling confident and cared for.
