Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us enough time to fill your reserved appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee we require 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointments. Cancellations within this time will be charged 100% of services booked.

Please understand that our stylists are compensated solely by commission on a per service basis. This is why we enforce our 48 hour cancellation policy. With availability being limited, this policy supports the sustainability of our small business and is in the best interest of our clients and stylists. 

Reservations

The Mane Haven requires a credit card to reserve an appointment.

An email and text reminder will be sent 4 days prior to your appointment time. You will be asked to CONFIRM your appointment by clicking the link sent to you.

 

If you need to change or cancel at this time please do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation text or email, by emailing info@themanehaven.com, or calling or us at (914) 341-1930.

Arrivals

As courtesy to your stylist, we ask that everyone arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.

A late arrival may result in a shortened service. We will do our best to accommodate you with the remaining appointment time although late arrivals remain responsible for reserved service amount.

Arrive with dry hair.

Do not use any sort of root touch up spray or powder prior to your appointment. If these products are in your hair, we cannot guarantee full coverage for root touch ups.

Pricing

Services/Pricing page reflects the starting prices for each service.

Our color pricing is subject to change based on amount of hair, product used & timing.

The same amount of color or lightener is mixed for every client. If more color is necessary, you will be charged for additional bowls of color. This covers extra product cost.

We have different pricing tiers based on years on the floor and level of expertise.

Junior Stylist, Stylist, and Senior Stylist.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify The Mane Haven within one week of your appointment.
