If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to fill your reserved appointment.
Appointments cancelled the day before will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service.
Same day cancels will result in a 100% charge for all reserved services.
No shows will result in a 100% charge for all reserved services.
If you do not have a credit card on file and cancel less than 48 hours in advance, in order to book a future appointment, a credit card will be needed on file.
The Mane Haven requires a credit card to reserve an appointment online.
Email reminders are sent 48 hours prior to appointment time.
Text reminders are sent 24 hours prior to appointment time.
As courtesy to your stylist, we ask that everyone arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.
A late arrival may result in a shortened service. We will do our best to accommodate you with the remaining appointment time although late arrivals remain responsible for reserved service amount.

Our color pricing is subject to change based on amount of hair, product used & timing.
The same amount of color or lightener is mixed for EVERY client. If more color is necessary, you will be charged for additional bowls of color. This covers extra product cost.

When you arrive at TMH, please call us and wait in your car until you receive a call or text to come inside. (our waiting area is closed)
No guests allowed, please come ALONE.
Upon entry to the salon, your temperature will be taken. If it is above 99.9 F you will be turned away and your appointment will be rescheduled.

An ear loop face mask is REQUIRED for every client to wear the entire duration of their appointment. If you are having a color service done, please be mindful that we may get color on your mask.
Hand sanitizer will be located at the front desk and at every station for your use.
Only water in disposable cups will be served. Sorry, no more coffee, tea, or snacks.
The retail area will be off limits to clients. Please ask your stylist if you need assistance.
