CANCELLATIONS

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us enough time to fill your reserved appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged 25% of all reserved services. If you reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment, this fee will be waived.

(*NOTE* If the moved appointment is then cancelled, even with proper notice, you will be charged the original 25% fee)

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of all reserved services.

No shows will be charged 100% of all reserved services.

RESERVATIONS/REMINDERS

The Mane Haven requires a credit card to reserve an appointment.

An email and text reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to appointment time. You will be asked to CONFIRM your appointment by clicking the link sent to you.

ARRIVALS

As courtesy to your stylist, we ask that everyone arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.

A late arrival may result in a shortened service. We will do our best to accommodate you with the remaining appointment time although late arrivals remain responsible for reserved service amount.

PRICING

Services/Pricing page reflects the STARTING prices for each service.

Our color pricing is subject to change based on amount of hair, product used & timing.

The same amount of color or lightener is mixed for EVERY client. If more color is necessary, you will be charged for additional bowls of color. This covers extra product cost.

We have different pricing tiers based on years on level of expertise.

New talent, Mane talent, Master talent, as well as pricing specifically for Nicole.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS

Please arrive to your appointment alone.

An ear loop face mask is REQUIRED for every client to wear the entire duration of their appointment. If you are having a color service done, please be mindful that we may get color on your mask.

Every surface will be sanitized in between each client

Hand sanitizer will be located at the front desk and at every station for your use.

The retail area will be off limits to clients. Please ask your stylist if you need assistance with products.
